Mr. Kress is a Managing Director of Franchise Capital Advisors.    Previously he served as Vice President of Structured Finance with GE Commercial Finance (“GEFF”).  Mr. Kress originated, structured and analyzed over $1 billion in financing in the chain retail industry specializing primarily in the restaurant, auto aftercare and convenience store-gas segments.  He began his career with Franchise Finance Corporation of America (“FFCA”) in 1999 before it was acquired by GE Commercial Finance in 2001.  Mr. Kress served in various underwriting and origination positions including Financial Analyst, Investment & Credit Analyst, and Corporate Finance Associate.

Mr. Kress attended W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University majoring in Finance and Accounting.  He currently sits on the Advisory Board for Pinnacle Bank and is a member of the Scottsdale Active 20-30 Club.  Ryan is an Arizona native and currently resides in Phoenix with his wife Bianca and their three children.
