 Prior
to joining Franchise Capital Advisors in 2005, Mr.
Barnett served as a Risk Management Analyst with GE
Commercial Finance (“GEFF”), where he underwrote and
structured commercial lending arrangements for
middle-market chain retail companies. Mr. Barnett was
responsible for approving and funding approximately $200
million in financing transactions. Mr. Barnett’s
industry experience primarily includes quick service and
casual dining restaurants.
Before the acquisition by GEFF in 2001, Mr. Barnett
worked as a Financial Analyst at Franchise Finance
Corporation of America (“FFCA”) responsible for
evaluating the financial performance and testing the
financial covenants of corporations within the company’s
portfolio. Prior to joining FFCA, Mr. Barnett worked at
Charles Schwab within its institutional investing group
on the Prime Broker desk. Mr. Barnett graduated cum
laude with a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State
University. Craig currently resides in Gilbert with his
wife, Darcey, and son. |
